Our professional development/Lean leadership series aids businesses in increasing staff professionalism, enhancing communication within all departments and levels, providing consistency and focus throughout the organization, achieving company and personal goals and accurately developing a corporate vision. The professional development course contains a series of interactive workshops addressing one specific topic at a time. All workshops are facilitated by texts, handouts and guides, developed and analyzed real-life case histories, and follow-up support with an individual consultation. In the event that an organization prefers individual mentoring, the Lean Leadership curriculum is utilized in a coaching environment.
