Liesa has served the Hampton Roads business community in a consulting role for the past 20 years and has nine years experience in human resources management supporting small business owners and assisting with human resource compliance and administration. Liesa works with small to medium sized businesses to provide HR solutions and strategies.

Ruthie Goodboe, Esq. Partner, McGuire Woods, LLP
Ruthie counsels and represents clients in all aspects of traditional labor and employment law. She also investigates and defends individual and class action federal and state employment litigation. In addition, Ruthie helps companies of all sizes avoid litigation by providing training on a variety of topics to employers and their teams.

Victoria McCoy, MBA, GPHR Senior HR Management Consultant, Goodman & Company, LLP
For over 15 years, Victoria has held leadership roles in human resources and organizational developing taking a hands on approach to policy development, organizational planning, management coaching and process improvement. She held leadership positions in diverse industries including property management, government contracting and international not-for-profit organizations.

LoriAnn Penman, MBA, SPHR Compensation and Recruiting Manager, Goodman & Company, LLP
LoriAnn spent ten years as a corporate accountant and Controller. This expertise, combined with her knowledge of human resources and business process engineering, has been instrumental in assisting clients in meeting employment goals and compensation objectives. LoriAnn is in the process of achieving the designation of Certified Compensation Professional.
