• Serve as facilitator during the selection of final candidate
  
  
• Conduct on-site interviews with key representatives as identified by management to identify and refine position indicators
  
  
• Create a job analysis to clearly define the primary areas of responsibility and essential competencies for the position
  
  
• Review and update the job description
  
  
• Conduct a compensation package comparative market analysis based specifically on the level of responsibilities, type of organization, size and location
  
  
• Create an applicant pool, conduct pre-screening and first round of interviews
  
  
• Create matrix comparing candidates' qualifications
  
  
• Present final candidates for review and coordinate interviews with management
  
  
• Serve as facilitator during the selection of final candidate
  
  
• Assist in the offer and negotiation process to ensure closure on all terms and expectations
