Since we are Human Resource Consultants and understand the myriad of human resource issues vital to attracting and retaining key people, we work with you to analyze and define the role; develop recommendations on compensation, incentives, benefits, and employment relationship arrangements; and provide the top candidates for the position. The process is a retained search, and you can be sure that our only focus is placing the right person in your organization as part of our ongoing partnership in providing strong human resource support. We will:

  • Conduct on-site interviews with key representatives as identified by management

  • Identify and refine the position indicators

  • Prepare a job analysis to clearly define the primary areas of responsibility and essential competencies for the position

  • Review and update job description

  • Conduct a compensation package comparative market analysis based specifically on the level of responsibilities, type of organization, size and location

  • Prescreen and interview candidates using a matrix reporting format

  • Conduct on-site meeting to discuss results of initial interviews

  • Serve as facilitator during the selection of final candidate

  • Assist in the offer and negotiation process
