Human Resource Partnership Program


For many of our smaller to mid-size clients it may not make financial sense to have a human resources professional on staff. Nevertheless, these clients desire, and deserve, to have peace of mind and confidence that they are appropriately managing their employees and administering their organization's personnel function in a compliant, progressive and competitive fashion.

For that reason, Goodman & Company created the HR Partnership Program

The HR Partnership Program allows your organization to obtain valuable fundamental human resource management and development services at a fraction of the cost of employing an HR professional(s) in-house. HR Partnership Program members gain direct access to the expertise and field-tested experience of all the consultants in the Human Resource Services Division. With experienced professionals skilled in every facet of HR management, training & development, management recruiting, coaching and outplacement, belonging to the Program is like having access to a full-sized corporate HR Department for your organization.

To accommodate the varied needs of our client organizations, Goodman offers the HR Partnership Program at two annual membership levels as outlined below:


Level 1 : ( Contact Us for fees )
  • Five (5) hours of HR consulting per year (in-person, by phone, and/or email as needed)*

  • Attendance at two (2) half-day Goodman HR skills workshops

  • Subscription to the Goodman HR Review newsletter

  • HR Advisories on legal issues, judicial rulings and government regulations

  • 10% discount on ALL additional HR services (see below) and professional development programs

Level 2 : ( Contact Us for fees )

All of the Level I services plus:

  • An additional five (5) hours of consulting per year (total of 10 hours)*

  • A comprehensive Human Resources Management Practices Review, including a summary report and recommendations (averages $4,750)

  • Development of a comprehensive Employee Handbook (averages $4,500)

Level 3 : ( Fees and services negotiated )
