Our Human Resource Consultants will develop and conduct a customized survey to help your organization assess and address critical issues. We will:

  • Conduct on-site interviews with key representatives as identified by management to determine areas for evaluation

  • Develop a non-threatening survey tool incorporating criteria identified

  • Facilitate, administer, and collect survey data

  • Conduct individual interviews with identified respondents

  • Evaluate data, both quantitative and qualitative

  • Prepare comprehensive management report summarizing results

  • Present report to management with recommendations and suggested action plan for implementation
