Human Resource Management :  Diagnostic Reviews

Diagnostic Reviews provide a comprehensive assessment of your human resource policies and practices. This analysis of your human resource function identifies compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency issues. We provide expert and objective feedback and will prioritize results-oriented recommendations to meet and support the goals of your organization.

Our Human Resource Consultants conduct on-site interviews with key representatives as identified by management. We complete a thorough review of all pertinent documents and practices, assessing risk areas and potential liabilities. A comprehensive report addressing the compliance and regulatory issues involved, the effectiveness and efficiencies of the area reviewed, and the resulting impact on the organization is provided. The management report and presentation integrate the findings with an action plan for specific and measurable improvement.
