Comprehensive Full-Service Human Resource Program

Goodman Human Resource Consultants can provide you with a full-scope human resource solution, directly supporting and working with your internal staff. These services are provided under an annual retainer and billed on a monthly basis:

Retained Human Resource Services Program

Preferred, on-call services, and consultations may be the right solution to enable your organization to meet its HR management and development challenges and obligations. Our Human Resource Consultants are available in person, by phone, or e-mail to deliver services efficiently and effectively to address your needs on an hourly, retained basis. The retainer is normally for a twelve-month period during which consultative services are provided as requested by the client. Services are provided based on an agreed upon number of hours per quarter and are received at a reduced rate.
