Employee Benefits

Health

Medical: Employees can choose their coverage from Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (HMO or PPO).

Dental: Dental coverage is offered through Delta Dental.

Vision: Vision coverage is offered through Vision Service Plan.

Life Insurance: This insurance is paid in full by the firm and is equal to three times the employee's annual salary.

Medical & Dependent Care Reimbursement Plan: Our plan allows employees to make pre-tax contributions to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses.

Short/Long Term Disability: 100% of the cost of Long-Term Disability Insurance is paid by the firm. Short Term Disability is offered to all employees at an additional cost.

Long Term Care Insurance: The Firm offers a Long Term Care Insurance plan that is open to all employees, and their eligible dependents. Employees who wish to purchase the premium become eligible after 30 days employment.


Financial Savings Benefits

Employee Assistance Program: Financial planning assistance, health management support, career development and much more is offered to every employee at no cost.

401(k) Retirement Plan: All employees are eligible to participate in this 401(k) plan. There is no company match and deferrals to this plan can occur upon hire or any time thereafter.

Profit Sharing Plan: Employees at least 21 years of age who have worked for one year and 1,000 hours in the plan year become eligible. Goodman & Company may make a discretionary annual contribution, subject to a 6-year vesting schedule.


Time Off

Holidays: Employees receive seven paid holidays per year.

Stress Relief Day: Employees are given the day after tax season off to relax and enjoy.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Goodman & Company offers employees a combined time off program for vacations, illnesses and personal business, which increases after three years of service or promotion.
