From Baltimore, MD
Take I-395 S. Merge onto I-95 S via the exit on the left toward Washington. Merge onto I-495 W/Capital Beltway via Exit 27 toward Silver Spring. Merge onto MD-355 N via Exit 34 toward Rockville/Bethesda. The Rockville Metro Plaza 1 building is located at 111 Rockville Pike between Beall Avenue and East Middle Lane, and diagonally across from the Rockville Metro Station. There is an entrance to the parking garage on Rockville Pike and another along East Middle Lane.
From Washington, DC
Take I-66 W/US-50 W. Take the Arlington Blvd/US-50 W/GW Parkway exit. Merge onto George Washington Memorial Parkway N/GW Parkway N (Crossing into Virginia). Merge onto I-495 N/ Capital Beltway toward Maryland (Crossing into Maryland). From Interstate 270, take exit 5 (Falls Road) heading towards the Rockville Town Center. At the first traffic light turn left onto Great Falls Road (a School will be on your left). Proceed straight through the intersection for Route 28. You will now be on West Montgomery Avenue. At the next light, turn left onto North Washington Street. Make first right onto East Middle Lane. Proceed straight through intersection. Make first left into gated parking lot (a movie theater will be on your right). Parking is available in the surface lot or parking garage.
From Northern Virginia
Take I-495, Capital Beltway North or West toward the American Legion Bridge. After you cross over the Maryland State line, stay in the left lanes and merge onto I-270 North. From Interstate 270, take exit 5 (Falls Road) heading towards the Rockville Town Center. At the first traffic light turn left onto Great Falls Road (a school will be on your left). Proceed straight through the intersection for Route 28. You will now be on West Montgomery Avenue. At the next light, turn left onto North Washington Street. make first right onto East Middle Lane. Proceed straight through intersection. Make first left into gated parking lot (a movie theater will be on your right). Parking is available in the surface lot or parking garage.
