1. Open Windows Explorer (Accessible by double clicking the "My Computer" icon on your desktop).
   
   
2. Enter ftp://216.54.32.57/ in the address bar, then click Go (to the right of the address bar) or press Enter on your keyboard.
   
   
3. When the "Log On As" screen opens, enter your assigned user name and password, then click the "Log On" button.
   
   
4. You can now drag and drop files into the Windows Explorer ftp window from your local computer and vise versa.
   
   
5. Wait until the files have completed transfer before closing the Windows Explorer ftp window.
